Hello Behzad Chenaghlou,


Cliff's announcement of version 1.14 refers to his OpenSource GPS s/w available
from

  http://sourceforge.net/projects/osgps/

The GFZ Potsdam link points to a tar-file containing a port of (an earlier version of) 
Opensource GPS to RTAI-Linux.
