[OpenSource_GPS] Broken data file on Sourceforge and ION GNSS 2007

Unfortunately the SiGe data file I uploaded to Sourceforge was broken.  I think it is fixed now, if anyone has a problem with it please let me know.

ION GNSS 2007 is coming up next week in Fort Worth Texas.  Doug Baker of GPS Creations has a booth with OpenSource GPS.  When you get a chance please stop by.
