[psas-software] PowerPC change needed in gps software

Just a heads up for you guys when you port the flight software to
the powerpc platform:

The GPS Software is big/little indian sensitive.  Check the section that
builds the
gps message block byte-by-byte from the can messages.  I am sure that needs
a bit of re-ordering.
