[psas-comm] Comm team restart

Comm team people:

The communications team needs to reestablish itself to build a basic 
video package for the immediate LV airframe launch coming up soon, and 
ultimately to start talking about the new avionics package 
communications needs. I'm thinking Digital Video!

So to get started, lets meet during tomorrows PSAS meeting (18-Jul-2007) 
at 7pm at FAB 150.
