[PSAS] Details on tomorrow's "T-2 weeks" (!) meeting

Hi all,

Tomorrow we're having our team meeting at Brian's house starting at 
11:00am. It should be a beautiful day, so we'll hang out in his back yard 
integrating rocket systems and having a BBQ. Brian and Amy will provide hot 
dogs and chips and such; please bring picnic supplies like drinks, snacks, 
whatnot.

The agenda is:

- Discuss rocket and project status
- Discuss black rock logistics
- Collect launch fees

and then:

- integrate LV2 into something flight worthy.
