[PSAS] No meeting tonight due to weather

Hi everyone,

No meeting tonight, the weather is nasty and may get nastier still. See
you all next week: we'll probably have an "unofficial" meeting next week
since it's a few days before Christmas and many people will be out of
town/busy.
